At Faith in Virginia Political Action Committee (FIV PAC), we’re committed to advancing the principles that unite us as Virginians—faith, family, and freedom. Our mission is simple: to elevate leaders who can bring common-sense solutions to the challenges we face.
Founded in 2024 by Pastor Will Archer and a group of passionate Virginians, FIV PAC is dedicated to bringing people together. Pastor Archer is a proven conservative leader with a track record of building communities and leading with integrity. With decades of experience driving positive change, he now focuses on galvanizing Virginia’s conservative movement to create lasting majorities and enduring impact across our state.

WHO WE WILL SUPPORT
FIV PAC will support Virginia candidates of high moral character who embrace a biblical worldview and can successfully run and win in Virginia elections. We are looking for those who have Faith in Almighty God to inspire Faith in Virginia. Though far from perfect, we seek to forge a more perfect union through service and sacrifice. We believe America is a City on a Hill, and our greatest days are ahead. As it was at the dawn of our new Nation, We believe that Virginia must lead as First among equals.
We are looking for candidates who understand the fierce urgency of Now. As Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. so eloquently stated,
“We are now faced with the fact that tomorrow is today. We are confronted with the fierce urgency of now. In this unfolding conundrum of life and history, there ’is’ such a thing as being too late. This is no time for apathy or complacency. This is a time for vigorous and positive action.”
